Jamie with O’Harra’s Plumbing was terrific. Nice guy, punctual, focused, knowledgeable, helpful, and a problem solver. And, we now have a new water heater that is working great. Definitely recommend Jamie. In fact, I just scheduled him for another plumbing issue we have.
Needed a non-emergency hot water heater replacement. Called Tuesday afternoon, he was here Wednesday morning, on time. He evaluated the issue, explained what was wrong, how he could fix it, how long it would take and gave a written bid. He even included a written bid for a potential issue that might need to be addressed but he couldn’t tell for sure until the old water heater was removed. The removal and instillation was complicated by some other equipment in the way. He asked if I had any questions after he explained everything and also after he gave his bid. His bid was noticeably lower than an over the phone bid from a large company in the area that advertises frequently on TV. The replacement heater was comparable in both bids and had equal warranties. I accepted his bid, he offered to start immediately (the large company couldn’t do the job until Friday). He worked efficiently while keeping the area neat and tidy. He took care to keep things clean when moving equipment in and out of the house. He made sure not to damage the floors or walls where he was working. He left the area neat and tidy when finished. He completed the job in the time promised. He is pleasant and personable. In summary he is a nice guy that did a good job at a very fair price. I have found my new plumber.
My experience with O’Harra’s Plumbing Service and Jamie O’Harra was excellent. He was prompt, polite and he went above and beyond to solve our problem. He came here expecting to unclog a drain and had to replumb the entire system under our sink and stay much later than expected but he did this cheerfully and professionally. He explained everything clearly and his price is very reasonable. Thank you for such caring and expert service!
Jamie came by to give me an estimate on replacing the main sewer line because other company said it needed done. Jamie re-snaked the line and found that it did not need replaced. Honesty and Integrity in the plumbing world. That is what you get from Jamie. I highly recommend that you call Jamie if you need a honest plumber that can get the job done right the first time.
You just can’t get the personal service that Jamie provides from the big companies. He is very personable and takes time to answer questions. His rates are also reasonable. I will recommend him to everybody we know. It would be wise to choose O’Harras plumbing.
